95 studios range in size from 240 to 3,000 sq ft. 14 have large display shop windows facing into the central courtyard area with workspace behind. Each is planned to maximize light, volume and flexibility. The industrial textures and components have been chosen to be unobtrusive and provide white calm balanced spaces.
